Slow Cooker Lime-Garlic Chicken

 

10-12 skinless chicken thighs

4 Tbls lime juice

1½ cups chicken broth (I like the lower sodium ones)

1-2 Tbls chopped garlic

2 Tbls olive oil

½ teaspoon thyme

Salt and pepper, to taste

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Wash chicken well and place in a slow cooker.

2. Add chicken broth, lime juice, garlic, and oil to pot.

3. Sprinkle seasonings on top of chicken

4. Cover and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours.
