While many health insurance companies recognize the significant value nutrition plays in maintaining good health, not all companies offer nutrition counseling as a member benefit. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company to confirm that your individual health plan includes nutrition consultation benefits. Otherwise, please refer to the Rates listed on the website.

Be sure to check out the Preventive Nutrition Counseling benefits page, as well, to learn about no-cost sharing benefits for your visit!

A $50 fee will incur if cancellation notice is not given 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. Please bring your insurance card with you.

Full payment or co-payment is due at the time of service.
