Traditionally, March is National Nutrition Month, so this is when I would be blogging about good eating habits and tips. But I am dedicating the March spot to me! If you have circumnavigated my website, by now you have noticed that I authored a book on gout. It was just released in February 2019. I think it’s a great book! I’m thrilled with all of the positive reviews that the book has gotten so far on Amazon, especially from esteemed colleagues. As we know, they can always throw you a curve!
So, I would love it if you could spread the word about the book to family, friends, and to your own doctors. It’s important that gout sufferers become educated as to the new approaches to treating gout with diet!
And as far as eating healthy during the month of March…uhm…I think every month should be dedicated to eating pretty darn well!
