Bye, Bye 2020!

This month’s blog isn’t going to impart any tips on how to improve your life in 2021. I’d like to think by now (thanks in part to me!) you are all experts on how to enjoy a healthier lifestyle. Instead, I am sharing some inspirational quotes to escort 2020 out the door… and to invite hope and trust back into your heart in 2021.

“A single gentle rain makes the grass many shades greener.” (Henry David Thoreau)

“Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become.” (Steve Jobs)

“I think goals should never be easy. They should force you to work, even If they are uncomfortable at the time.” (Michael Phelps)

“Reading is to the mind, as exercise is to the body.” (Brian Tracy)

“You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.” (C.S. Lewis)

“Creativity is intelligence having fun.” (Albert Einstein)

“The nicest thing about the rain is that it always stops. Eventually.” (Eeyore)

“It’s not whether you get knocked down. It’s whether you get up.” (Vince Lombardi)

“The pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity. The optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty.” (Winston Churchill)

“Don’t let yesterday take up too much of today.”

(Will Rogers)

Ciao 2020!
